Note: this is just one possible combo, they work great with other flavors of cake mix etc. I just found this on a tear pad as well!
1 pkg 18.25 oz German chocolate CAKE MIX
1/3 cup BUTTER softened
1 large EGG, beaten
1 can Nestle Carnation SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
1 large EGG
1 tsp VANILLA extract
1 1/3 cups flaked sweetened COCONUT, divided
1 cup chopped PECANS or walnuts
1 cup (6 oz.) CHOCLATE CHIPS, divided
Preheat oven to 350F.
Pour cake mix into large mixing bowl, cut in butter and lightly beaten egg with pastry blender or two knives until mixture is crumbly. Press onto bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking pan (I like to line mine with parchment paper). Combine sweetened condensed milk, egg, and vanilla extract in medium bowl; beat until well combined. Stir in 1 cup coconut, nuts, and 1/2 cup chips. Spread mixture evenly over base; sprinkle with remaining coconut and chips. Lightly press down chips.
BAKE for 30 - 35 minutes or until center is almost set. Center will firm when cool. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into (24) bars.

Mystery Chocolate Pie
Wait until they're halfway through their first piece of pie ... then spring it on 'em that it's made with tofu!! Great source of protein and chocolate, tee hee!
prep time: 10 minutes chill time: 3 hours
In a super-powered blender* or food processor blend the following until very smooth:
1 package of TOFU
6 oz melted CHOCOLATE CHIPS (half a bag)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pour into a small Graham Cracker or Oreo PIE CRUST.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Embellish with some whipped cream or topping.
* I have a K-Tec—equivalent to a VitaMix. It's by far my favorite kitchen gadget!
