Dutch Apple Pie
My hubby is the expert pie maker in the family. No wonder why one of my son's earliest words was "pie." The secret ingredient in this recipe is cayenne pepper! Brilliant! Thanks to blogger whose site we pulled the recipe from.

Mystery Chocolate Pie
Wait until they're halfway through their first piece of pie ... then spring it on 'em that it's made with tofu!! Great source of protein and chocolate, tee hee!
prep time: 10 minutes chill time: 3 hours
In a super-powered blender* or food processor blend the following until very smooth:
1 package of TOFU
6 oz melted CHOCOLATE CHIPS (half a bag)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pour into a small Graham Cracker or Oreo PIE CRUST.
Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving. Embellish with some whipped cream or topping.
* I have a K-Tec—equivalent to a VitaMix. It's by far my favorite kitchen gadget!
