Marinade 3lb LONDON BROIL in bottle of ITALIAN DRESSING 24 hours.
One hour prior to grilling pat meat dry and rub with SPICE RUB.
Leave out to bring to room temperature.
Grill 10 minutes on each side over medium-high heat.
Let set 10 minutes before slicing very thin on a diagonal across the grain.
